# घर में अलगाव

विवरण:> - पुष्टि या संदिग्ध COVID -19 वाले लोगों के लिए घर अलगाव उपाय अस्पताल में भर्ती होने और फिर अस्पताल में भर्ती होने वाले लोगों की जरूरत नहीं है

### घर जाने के लिए चिकित्सकीय रूप से स्थिर होना निर्धारित है।

## घर में अलगाव

जब तक कोई स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदाता या स्थानीय या राज्य स्वास्थ्य विभाग यह नहीं कहता कि आप अपनी सामान्य गतिविधियों में वापस आ सकते हैं, तब तक आपको नीचे दिए गए रोकथाम के चरणों का पालन करना चाहिए।

* अच्छी तरह हवादार गैर एसी कमरा
* विंडोज को दिन के समय खुला रखा जाता है
* कमरे में संदिग्ध रोगी के लिए संलग्न बाथरूम या अलग बाथरूम होना चाहिए।
* बर्तन, लिनन या अन्य वस्तुओं को साझा न करें।
* टॉयलेट के बाद विशेष रूप से साबुन और पानी से लगातार हाथ धोने का अभ्यास करें

  शरीर के तरल पदार्थ के साथ संपर्क।

    हाथ स्वच्छता
* अपशिष्ट संग्रह के लिए तीन बाल्टी
  1. गंदे लिनन, कपड़े, तौलिया - ब्लीच के साथ कीटाणुरहित, अगले उपयोग से पहले धोएं और धूप में सुखाएं
  2. गंदे मास्क, ऊतक, पैड - भस्मीकरण के लिए
  3. जैव चिकित्सा अपशिष्ट के लिए - दफनाने के लिए
* ब्लीच के घोल से कमरा बंद होना चाहिए
* ब्लीच के घोल का इस्तेमाल फर्नीचर, वॉश बेसिन, टॉयलेट सीट आदि को साफ करने के लिए किया जा सकता है
